Challenge your center with this Yoga for a Strong Core class, moving through postures to ignite engagement and a strong mind body connection with your core! These postures and sequences are some you may find in a traditional studio 75 or 90 minute class and packaged into this smaller version (with a bit of a fitness twist!) to begin to truly find your core connection and be able to apply that to your practice and any other sport or activity you may participate in! Even engaging your core strength simply sitting or standing! Having a strong core is so important beyond just the idea of wanting to attain a certain “look.” A strong core promotes confident posture, protects your inner organs, defends against back pain and even helps with balance so you can master your favorite balance pose! Practice along with this video at least 2x per week for best results!
